5 tips for a morning routine for a busy freelancer




How to prevent burn out and take care of yourself as a busy freelancer — morning routine before working


The importance of self-care is crucial when you don’t have any time. If you pour and pour, soon the glass will be empty, and you’ll be thirsty with nothing to drink. That’s why I want to share with you and make a note to myself to put ourselves as our priority and remember to:


1. Meditate for at least 5 min to calm before the work storm

2. Drink a glass of water, hydrate yourself

3. Stretch after sleeping to get ready for the day

4. Brush your teeth to get that minty freshness

5. Splash your face with water to wake up


Extra tip: turn off any notifications that aren’t essential to you. Make sure to keep all the work-related turned on!
